Basketball Recap: Iredell Takes a Loss

Iredell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Gorman Panthers and fell 81-10. The Dragons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-8.

Iredell's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Gorman, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Bluff Dale the next time they take the court. Gorman will host Bluff Dale at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Iredell will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th.
