Volleyball Recap: Bloomer Comes Up Short

Bloomer extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 15-12. They came up short against the Stanley-Boyd Orioles, falling 3-0. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Brooklyn Willi paced Bloomer's offense, picking up ten kills. Willi got some help from Brianna Jacobs and her 21 assists.

As for Stanley-Boyd, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 26-3. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Stanley-Boyd found their leader in sophomore Kendall Sikora, who had seven digs and one assist.
