Volleyball Game Preview: Rustin vs. Graphics

Rustin will venture away from home to face off against Graphics at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Graphics took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Rustin, who comes in off a win.

Rustin is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New York's top teams: West 50th Street, who was ranked 17th at the time (Rustin was ranked tenth). Rustin came out on top in a nail-biter against West 50th Street on Tuesday, sneaking past 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Rustin.

Meanwhile, Graphics was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to West 50th Street.

Graphics' defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Rustin, the victory was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 5-2.

Rustin beat Graphics 2-0 in their previous matchup back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rustin since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
