Midway is a perfect 10-0 against Shoemaker since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Panthers will venture away from home to square off against Wolves at 7:30 p.m.

Midway proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past Harker Heights 3-2. The result kept Midway happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 10th.

Meanwhile, Shoemaker has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 13. Neither they nor Temple could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The win was a breath of fresh air for Shoemaker as it put an end to their five-match losing streak.

Joushua Torres and Keanuss Valdivia scored both of Shoemaker's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Midway's victory bumped their record up to 8-5-3. Shoemaker's draw gives them a new season record of 2-11-3.

Midway got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in January against Shoemaker by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
