McDonald's All-American snubs Isaac Okoro and Justin Moore headline the 12-man USA roster.

The 12-man USA roster for the 22nd annual Nike Hoop Summit was announced today, as McDonald's All-American snubs Justin Moore of DeMatha (Hyattsville, Md.) and Isaac Okoro of McEachern (Powder Springs, Ga.) headline the list of elite prospects who made the cut.

The game, set for April 12 at the Moda Center in Portland, Ore., is designed to provide NBA personnel the opportunity to get their first live look at the future stars. The event has produced a total of 27 NBA All-Stars over the years, including Kevin Garnett, Dirk Nowitzki, Kevin Garnett, Tony Parker, Joel Embiid, Kyrie Irving and Anthony Davis.

Which prospect will make a lasting impression on the NBA scouts during this year's event?

The participants for the Team World roster have yet to be announced, however top candidates include Josh Green of IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.), Kofi Cockburn of Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.), N'Faly Dante of Sunrise Christian Academy (Bel Aire, Kan.), Precious Achiuwa of Montverde Academy (Montverde, Fla.) and Oscar Tshiebwe of Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, Pa.), among others.
