Recap: Adelson vs. Lincoln County Lynx
Adelson's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their seventh straight loss. They took a serious blow against Lincoln County, falling 87-27. Adelson has struggled against Lincoln County recently, as their match on Thursday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Kalen Bart was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with eight rebounds and six steals for Lincoln County. Those six steals set a new season-high mark for him. Marc Mcclain was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with three steals.
Adelson bumped their record down to 1-7 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.8 points per game. As for Lincoln County, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.
Coincidentally, Adelson and Lincoln County will both be playing Laughlin the next time they take the court. Lincoln County will host Laughlin at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Adelson will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
