Volleyball Recap: Stebbins Indians vs. West Carrollton Pirates

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Xenia, Stebbins was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the West Carrollton Pirates. The victory was some much needed relief for the Indians as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Katelyn Cardulla was a one-man wrecking crew for Stebbins as she had 18 digs.

Stebbins' win ended a 21-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-18. As for West Carrollton, they dropped their record down to 2-18 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Stebbins has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Carroll on the 7th. As for West Carrollton, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Xenia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
