Football Game Preview: Jay Hawks vs. Frank J. Macchiarola Sharks

The Jay Hawks will face off against the Frank J. Macchiarola Sharks at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

Things were looking good for Jay after they put the first points on the board on Saturday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 20-10 to New Utrecht. The Hawks were right on the edge of victory: they outscored the Utes in the fourth quarter 8-0.

Meanwhile, Frank J. Macchiarola put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past John Adams 28-8. The result was nothing new for the Sharks, who have now won three contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Jay better focus on containing Ahmed Cisse and Jayden Browne as the pair were huge in Frank J. Macchiarola's win. Cisse rushed for 67 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only six carries, while Browne rushed for six yards and one score. Zyaire Walker got in on the action too, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Frank J. Macchiarola didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Krishten Wallace.

Jay's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Frank J. Macchiarola, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
