Fayette Ware's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Ripley Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Wildcats not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Fayette Ware now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Ripley, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Fayette Ware has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Bolivar Central on the 26th. As for Ripley, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Covington at 5:00 p.m. on September 4.
