Baseball Game Preview: Roseville Tigers vs. Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos

For the second straight game, Roseville will face off against Twelve Bridges. The Tigers will head out to take on the Raging Rhinos at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Roseville will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

While Roseville's win against Twelve Bridges wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Raging Rhinos on Wednesday.

Dustin Holcomb looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Kyle Pettersen, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

Roseville's win bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Twelve Bridges, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-12.
