Football Recap: Kittatinny Regional Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Kittatinny Regional couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They had to suffer through a 37-7 loss at the hands of the Kinnelon Colts. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Colts apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.

Jack Brex threw for 112 yards and one touchdown. Kevin O'Keefe was his top target, picking up 43 receiving yards and one score.

Kittatinny Regional moved to 9-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Kinnelon, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Kittatinny Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kinnelon, they will venture away from home to square off against Butler at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Colts 11.4, the Bulldogs 12.7) so any points scored will be well earned.
