Volleyball Recap: Newell-Fonda Comes Up Short

Newell-Fonda was the 3-2 winner over East Sac County when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders on Saturday.

Newell-Fonda's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for East Sac County, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

Newell-Fonda has already played their next matchup (against Northwest Webster), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for East Sac County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Sheldon on the 27th.
