It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Florence had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Bob Jones Patriots with a sharp 14-4 victory. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Mk Hawkins was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.

Florence always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bob Jones only posted an OBP of .222.

Florence's victory bumped their record up to 16-23. As for Bob Jones, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-32.

As of now, neither Florence nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
