Softball Recap: Bottineau Comes Up Short

Bottineau has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 2.5 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Saturday. They came up short against the Velva/Drake/Anamoose Aggies, falling 12-6. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Aggies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 on May 13th.

Bottineau's loss dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Velva/Drake/Anamoose, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-4.

As of now, neither Bottineau nor the Aggies have any future games scheduled.
