Basketball Recap: Waldron Takes a Loss

Waldron was the 57-46 winner over Jackson Christian when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Waldron Spartans were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 49-48 to the Jackson Christian Royals.

Waldron's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Jackson Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Waldron will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against North Adams-Jerome at 6:30 p.m. As for Jackson Christian, they will face off against Pittsford at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
