Owen has gone a perfect 10-0 against Mitchell recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Warhorses will face off against the Mountaineers at 5:00 p.m. Owen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Owen took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They came out on top against Draughn by a score of 3-1.

Sadie Lyda and Lily Berry scored all three of Owen's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Meanwhile, Mitchell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 9-0 to Madison.

The win got Owen back to even at 5-5-1. As for Mitchell, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Everything went Owen's way against Mitchell when the teams last played back in March, as Owen made off with a 9-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warhorses since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
