Baseball Recap: Rhea County Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Rhea County's offense. They came up short against the Cleveland Blue Raiders on Thursday, falling 11-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Golden Eagles have suffered since March 10th.

Rhea County has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season. As for Cleveland, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Rhea County will take on Bradley Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cleveland, they will face off against Red Bank at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
