Baseball Recap: Osage Comes Up Short

Osage came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Waynesville Tigers, falling 12-5. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 15-7 to the Tigers when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Osage's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Waynesville, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Osage will head out to challenge Crocker at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Waynesville, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Waynesville Tigers take on Neosho Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
