Softball Recap: Timberland Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Timberland finally came back down to earth on Friday. They lost 12-1 to the East Clarendon Wolverines. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 14-7 to the Wolverines when the teams met back in May of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Timberland saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Sellars, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

The loss snapped Timberland's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-9 record. As for East Clarendon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6.

As of now, neither Timberland nor the Wolverines have any future games scheduled.
