Hackett had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Quitman Bulldogs on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Hornets as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Michaelyn Freeman paced Hackett's offense, picking up 22 kills. Freeman got some help from Catelyn Edwards and her 11 assists. Kinley James controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Hackett's victory bumped their record up to 25-5-2. As for Quitman, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5-2.
