Flint Hill is ranked highly in their home state and on Tuesday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Sidwell Friends. The Huskies fell just short of the Quakers by a score of 4-3. The Huskies' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Aidan Ryan was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

Flint Hill's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 9-4. As for Sidwell Friends, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
