Football Recap: Center Point Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Center Point's offense. They were outmatched by the Goldthwaite Eagles and fell 59-0. The Pirates were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Center Point's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Goldthwaite, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Center Point will welcome Harper at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Goldthwaite, they will challenge San Saba at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
