Winneconne kept a clean sheet against Waupaca on Saturday. They blew past the Comets 7-0. Winneconne might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

They hit Waupaca with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Suri Hottmann (4), Abbie Oleson (2), and Harper Neace.

The win (which was Winneconne's third in a row) raised their record to 12-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Waupaca, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Winneconne will welcome Kettle Moraine Lutheran at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waupaca, they will be playing at home against Fox Valley Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
