Saltillo has gone a perfect 4-0 against Mooreville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Troopers at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Saltillo came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Tupelo, falling 5-0. Saltillo have struggled against Tupelo recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Mooreville came up short against New Albany on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Mooreville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Saltillo, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Saltillo beat Mooreville 4-2 in their previous meeting back in November of 2023. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Troopers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
