Football Recap: Tenafly Comes Up Short

Tenafly was the 25-14 winner over Fort Lee when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 28-21 to the Bridgemen on Friday. The Tigers gained 96 more yards on the day, but it was the Bridgemen that made the best use of them.

Alex Kramer threw for 214 yards while completing 83.3% of his passes. Hunter Cole was his top target, picking up 138 receiving yards. On the ground, Brennan Smith rushed for 80 yards.

Tenafly's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Fort Lee, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Tenafly didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 31-28 win against Dickinson on the 18th. As for Fort Lee, they have also already played their next contest, an 18-0 victory against NV - Demarest on the 17th.
