Basketball Recap: Santa Rosa Makes It Three in a Row on the Road

Windsor came into Wednesday's game looking for another win against Santa Rosa, but Arlo Mischke wouldn't allow it. The Santa Rosa Panthers escaped with a win on Wednesday against the Windsor Jaguars by the margin of a single free throw, 29-28 thanks in part to Mischke, who posted 13 points and eight rebounds. He has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last six times he's played.

Santa Rosa's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4. As for Windsor, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-5 record this season.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Santa Rosa Panthers duke it out with the Analy Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Santa Rosa is facing Analy at the right time seeing as Analy is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Windsor, they will square off against Cardinal Newman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cardinal Newman will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Windsor surely won't give up without a fight.
