Volleyball Recap: West Campus Wins Going Away Against El Camino

West Campus won the last time they faced El Camino and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: West Campus took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-12.

Cam Tudor paced West Campus' offense, picking up six kills. Tudor got some help from Chloe Chan and her 14 assists. Chan was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

West Campus now has a winning record of 2-1.

West Campus didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against River City on the 27th. As for El Camino, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rio Linda at 6:30 p.m. on September 4. The matchup will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season.
