Council is a perfect 10-0 against Tri-Valley since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Lumberjacks will welcome the Titans at 6:00 p.m.

Council lost 3-0 to Salmon River on Tuesday. The Lumberjacks have struggled against the Savages recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 27-25, 26-24, 25-19.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Tri-Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Cascade with a sharp 3-0 win on Wednesday.

Tri-Valley not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Cascade between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-19.

Tri-Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Council, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.

Council was able to grind out a solid win over Tri-Valley in their previous meeting last Tuesday, winning 3-1. Do the Lumberjacks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Titans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
