Softball Recap: Olympic Heights Comes Up Short

Olympic Heights fell victim to Boca Raton and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Bobcats, falling 15-0. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Lions' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Olympic Heights has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Boca Raton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Olympic Heights will head out to challenge Palm Beach Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Broncos will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Boca Raton, they will take on Suncoast at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats are facing the Chargers at the right time seeing as the Chargers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
