Volleyball Recap: St. John-Endicott Falls to Oakesdale in First Game of Season + How To Watch

St. John-Endicott unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Oakesdale Nighthawks on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11, 25-7.

St. John-Endicott's offense was headlined by Lily Barlass and Catalina Torres, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Sophie Anderson and her six assists.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. St. John-Endicott will face off against rival Garfield-Palouse at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Oakesdale is set to take on their familiar foe Colton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
