Poly came tearing into Saturday's contest with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Alta Loma Braves by a score of 2-0.

Poly easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21.

Dakota Carvo paced Poly's offense, picking up 14 kills. Carvo got some help from Olivia Ware and her 11 assists. Ware was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Poly's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Alta Loma, they moved to 7-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Poly wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Ayala on the 6th. As for Alta Loma, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Bonita on the 9th.
