Basketball Recap: Braswell Skates Past Flower Mound with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marcus, Braswell was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They really took it to the Flower Mound Jaguars for the full four quarters, racking up a 50-23 win. Given the Bengals' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while the Jaguars are ranked 408th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Braswell's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 20-10. As for Flower Mound, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-15 record this season.

Braswell will be playing in front of their home fans against Coppell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Flower Mound, they will head out to square off against Marcus at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Marcus will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Flower Mound surely won't give up without a fight.
