Football Game Recap: St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal vs. Fort Worth Country Day

While not quite a landslide, the game between Fort Worth Country Day and St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal on Friday was still a pretty decisive one as Fort Worth Country Day wrapped it up with a 45-27 win.

Fort Worth Country Day's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 32 points in the first half. Meanwhile, St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 32-0 heading into the break. Although Fort Worth Country Day wound up losing the second-half battle, they still had enough in reserve to win the war. The victory bumped their record up to 2-4. The loss dropped St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal back to even at 3-3.

Next week Fort Worth Country Day take on Cistercian at 7:00 PM. Cistercian have averaged 40.333333333333333333333333333 points over the course of their past four games, so Fort Worth Country Day might be in for a challenge. As for St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal, they will face off against Episcopal School of Dallas.
