Volleyball Recap: Arbor View Takes Down Ranked Green Valley

Arbor View faced Green Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Aggies came out on top against the Gators by a score of 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Aggies in their matchups with the Gators: they've now won four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 22-25, 25-17.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arbor View to victory, but perhaps none more so than David Haldeman, who had 22 assists and 11 digs. Haldeman is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 22 or more in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Hashimoto, who had 23 assists and five digs.

Arbor View's record is now 19-16. As for Green Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-20.

Looking ahead, Arbor View will head out on the road to face off against Desert Oasis at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Green Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
