Soccer Recap: Peoria Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Peoria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kewanee Boilermakers. Even if Peoria couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

Peoria's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Kewanee, the victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4-1.

Coming up, Peoria will host Danville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kewanee, they will take on Abingdon/Avon at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
