Soccer Recap: Downers Grove South Takes a Loss

Downers Grove South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Willowbrook Warriors. Downers Grove South were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Willowbrook apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Downers Grove South's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Willowbrook, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.
