Basketball Recap: Northview Titans vs. Lithonia Bulldogs
Northview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 69-53 bruising from the Lithonia Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 78-44 back in December of 2025.
Despite the loss, Northview still got an impressive performance from Peter Yaun, who went 5-for-9 on his way to 14 points and four blocks. Ethan Toussaint was another key player, putting up eight points.
Northview's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Lithonia, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.
Coming up, Northview will head out on the road to challenge Marist at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The War Eagles will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lithonia, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Clarkston at 7:30 p.m. The Angoras have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
