Evergreen proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tyee Titans, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wolverines have posted since September 22nd.

Evergreen was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-17, 11-25, 25-14, 15-8.

Evergreen now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Tyee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12-1 record this season.

Evergreen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Lindbergh on the 1st. Tyee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
