Soccer Recap: Goshen Finishes Even with Culver Academies

For the first time this season, Goshen was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Culver Academies Eagles could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Goshen's goal came courtesy of Nereida Arriaga, who's now up to five this season.

With that draw, Goshen's record moves to 6-6-1. Meanwhile, Culver Academies' record is now 4-1-4.

Looking ahead, Goshen will be playing at home against South Bend Adams at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Culver Academies, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hanover Central at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
