Carroll put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Clinton Central Bulldogs by a score of 58-45. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 110th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 419th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Carroll's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-0. As for Clinton Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Carroll won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Tipton at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clinton Central, they will head out on the road to take on Faith Christian at 7:30 p.m. on January 10th.
