Poplar Bluff typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Dexter proved too difficult a challenge. They snuck past the Poplar Bluff Mules with a 43-39 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Bearcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win made it two in a row for Dexter and bumps their season record up to 11-11. As for Poplar Bluff, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.

Coming up, Dexter will square off against Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on February 24th. As for Poplar Bluff, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Portageville at 7:30 p.m.
