Football Game Preview: Henrietta Bearcats vs. Callisburg Wildcats

Two dominant backs in Cruse Coleman and Gabe Zinski are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Henrietta Bearcats will challenge the Callisburg Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Henrietta is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Clifton 54-7. Winning may never get old, but the Bearcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Chaden Clark was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 118 yards and a pair of scores on only five carries, and also threw for 138 yards and one TD. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two). A healthy portion of Clark's aerial production (92 yards to be exact) went to Cooper Coleman.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Henrietta was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 441 rushing yards. They are 6-1 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Callisburg). They blew past Trinity Leadership 62-30 on Friday.

Henrietta's record now sits at 7-4. As for Callisburg, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Henrietta didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Callisburg when the teams last played back in October of 2023, but they still walked away with a 27-23 win. Do the Bearcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
