Baseball Recap: Hudson Takes a Loss

Hudson lost against North Middlesex Regional back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hawks fell 4-1 to the Patriots.

Hudson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blake Freitas, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double was Freitas' first of the season.

Hudson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for North Middlesex Regional, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hudson will head out to square off against Westborough at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North Middlesex Regional, they will square off against Lowell Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
