Basketball Recap: Central Georgia Arts Comes Up Short

Central Georgia Arts was the 48-28 winner over Konos Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Central Georgia Arts fell 38-25 to the Konos Academy Condor on Thursday.

Central Georgia Arts dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Konos Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Georgia Arts won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Crisp Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Konos Academy, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Strong Rock Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
