Preview: Arnold Marlins vs. Mosley Dolphins
The Arnold Marlins will head out on the road to face off against the Mosley Dolphins at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Arnold is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
Last Tuesday, Arnold strolled past Bay with points to spare, taking the game 50-36.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arnold to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ashley Steen, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylee Tolbert-Stewart, who scored 15 points.
Meanwhile, Mosley gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They snuck past Rocky Bayou Christian with a 32-27 victory.
Arnold's win bumped their season record to 3-0 while Bay's loss dropped theirs to 1-2.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Arnold haven't given up the ball easily this season, having only averaged 0 turnovers per game. However, it's not like Mosley struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 0 per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
