Softball Recap: Lewis County Gets the Win

The Lewis County Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over the Station Camp Bison on Thursday.

Lewis County now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Station Camp, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Lewis County will take on Bath County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Station Camp, they will square off against Whitley County at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. The Colonels have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.86 runs per game on average), something the Bison will no doubt try to take advantage of.
