The Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool Warriors will head out on the road to challenge the Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with three straight losses, while Chisholm Trail Academy will come in with four straight victories.
On Tuesday, Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool came up short against Dunbar and fell 80-68. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (56), the Warriors still had to take the loss.

Despite the defeat, Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool got top-tier performance from David Aguilar, who went 14-for-20 en route to 29 points and five boards. Aguilar has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 50% every time he's hit the court this season. Ikey White also deserves some recognition as he posted his first blocks of the season.
Meanwhile, Chisholm Trail Academy's game on Monday was all tied up 28-28 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They managed a 71-66 win over Trinity Valley.
Chisholm Trail Academy's win came from a few key players Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Max Castro, who shot 44% from the field to rack up 23 points along with seven assists and six rebounds. Jadon Henderson was another key player, dropping a double-double with 22 points and ten boards.
Chisholm Trail Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in seven consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, their record is now 4-0.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest-scoring teams around. Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 55.5 points per game. However, it's not like Chisholm Trail Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 70 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can put up more.
Everything came up roses for Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool against Chisholm Trail Academy when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 71-39 victory.
