It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Madison had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Becton Wildcats with a sharp 4-1 win. Madison might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by three goals or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Madison, bringing their record up to 16-1-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four matchups. As for Becton, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 10-3 record.

Looking ahead, Madison will face off against Bernards on Tuesday. Becton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
