The Claremont Wolfpack will head out on the road to square off against the Walnut Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Claremont is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

On Friday, neither Claremont nor Diamond Bar could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

The Wolfpack's goal came courtesy of Ethan Ford, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Walnut came into Friday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Their defense stepped up to hand Glendora a 2-0 shutout on Friday.

Claremont's draw gives them a new season record of 6-3-3. As for Walnut, their win bumped their record up to 4-7-4.

Claremont got the 'W' when the teams last played back in December of 2025 against Walnut by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolfpack since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
