Sacred Heart barely beat Guy-Perkins the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rebels blew past the Thunderbirds 10-2 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won three matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Sacred Heart has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Guy-Perkins, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will challenge Perryville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rebels will need to watch out since the Mustangs have now posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season. As for Guy-Perkins, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Shirley at 5:00 p.m.
